TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order to MR. NORTH, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions.

Orders may be placed by email to project@mrnorth.pt ou by phone to +351 934 626 907. Once the order is received we will confirm you by email.

price

Each stated price corresponds to a single piece, VAT is not included in the price, this legal fee must be added to the price.

payment

The payment shall be made in its totality (100%) or 50% to confirm the order and remaining 50% until 3 days before the expedition date. For new customers, the company ID or VAT number is required. MR. NORTH will only start the production after the first payment of 50%. The lead time starts couting after this day.

Delivery conditions

The price indicated does not include transport. MR. NORTH may provide carriage and delivery at the named place, adding the fright cost on the invoice. For non-EU countries, there may be taxes or custom duties in destination country that will be charged to the customer. If the customer chooses to transport the goods by his own method or mean, MR. NORTH will be free of any responsability.

PRODUCTION TIMES

Our products are specially made order to order and take up to 6 to 8 weeks of production time. In custom made pieces or orders with big quantities, MR. NORTH reserves the right to change the production time.

CLAIMS OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Damage claims or defective products should be reported immediately after receiving the shipment, along with a digital photo via email to: carla@mrnorth.pt. Products should not be returned without MR. NORTH approval. Confirming any damage or defect that leads to replacement, integrally, within a period agreed with customer. It is mandatory to receive the damaged part/piece to replace it by a new one.
